Next week we begin the Sweat Your Soul adventure! Bringing together Berlin’s super talented musicians, movers, shakers and magic makers for 2 hours of ceremony and Forrest Yoga. You will be welcomed by the divine Alma Omega Maegan Melissa and hear music from Mantra Tribe and Forrest Yoga with Tom Barber! Aleksandra Piela, Marc Miethe and Babek Bodien will perform during the Ceremony, we’ll connect, sing and move before a 90 minute yoga practice and ending with a deep savasana to live music. See them in action below! We promise you the greatest start to your weekend imaginable

This event that is open to everyone! Men, women, gay, bi, straight, trans, queer etc etc Just bring your beautiful self, your voice, your heart and come join us on the mat for Ceremony and Forrest Yoga.

How does it work?

We begin at 9.30am in Ceremony. Each month will feature Berlin’s finest musicians, percussionists and magic makers. We will sing, chant, drum and dance to quicken the blood and connect to spirit. We then move straight into a 90 minute Forrest Yoga class – suitable for all levels!

What do I need?

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, we have limited mats available at the studio. Bring comfortable clothing for Ceremony and suitable clothing for a sweaty yoga adventure! The room will be heated, you will sweat! So bring a change of clothes for going home in 🙂

How much is it?

Sliding Scale 10-15 Euros

10 Euros for low income, unemployed, student Soul Sweaters.
Up to 15 Euros for everyone else.
If you want to pay for someone to come for free just let us know in advance!
