    18:30 Uhr: Einführung für alle, die noch nie da waren (⏰falls du zum ersten Mal dabei bist, ist die Teilnahme Voraussetzung!) und die, die es immer wieder gerne spielen: das Ampelspiel

    19:00 Uhr: Nun sollten alle da sein, wir beginnen mit einer gemeinsamen Runde, Wahrnehmungs- und Kontaktübungen und suchen einen spielerischen, ehrlichen und neugierigen Umgang miteinander. Dann tanzen wir zu Silvanas und meist auch live-Musik. Vor dem Ende gibt es gegen 22:30 Uhr eine Sharingrunde!

    Wir freuen uns darauf, einen weiteren Traumkreis in Dresden zu veranstalten. Der Traumkreis ist ein einzigartiges Didgeridoo-Konzert von Michel Hell und Marc Miethe. Sie spielen das Didgeridoo dabei in einer Form, die einen traumgleichen Zustand des Bewusstseins herstellt. Eigentlich ist es kein Konzert, sondern vielmehr eine tiefgehende psychoaktive Klangerfahrung.

    Du bist eingeladen, auf dem Boden liegend, im Ozean des Klangs zu baden, der dich in Körper, Geist und Seele beflügelt.

    Der Traumkreis läuft über 2 Stunden.

    Er wird eingeleitet mit einer kurzen Meditation, gefolgt vom mystischen Klang des Didgeridoos, bei dem sich die Gastgeber abwechseln. Die erdigen Klänge vieler aufeinander gestimmter Didgeridoos erzeugen intensive Schwebungen, die eure Gehirnwellen und damit die innere Erfahrung anregen.

    Gegen Ende holen wir euch mit sanften Melodien wieder in die Gegenwart.

    Wir empfehlen dir Kleidung zu tragen, die nicht einengt und deine Atmung nicht hindert. Mitzubringen ist eine Yogamatte als Unterlage und ggf. eine leichte Decke.

    Mindestalter ist 16 Jahre, aufgrund der intensiven Erfahrung und der Notwendigkeit von Stille bei diesem Event.
