An opportunity to briefly dip into Contact Improvisation practice, into researching and discovering together. Touching that states of readiness where we experience our whole system alive and present. States that allow us to enjoy playing with the complexity of the dance. We will explore, clarify, deepen and reconnect to some basics of Contact Improvisation.
