Auf der Suche nach Freiheit und Verbundenheit
mit Silvana und Christopher

Eine Mischung aus WORKSHOP und TANZABEND, bei dem du sein darfst, wie du bist.

Wie würde es sich anfühlen, wenn wir zusammen kommen, uns in die Augen sehen, uns begegnen und berühren, ohne Angst zu haben, dass etwas passiert, was wir nicht wollen? Wir sind da mit allem, was in uns ist: wild, sanft, frech, neugierig, zurückhaltend, spielerisch! Und damit zeigen wir uns gegenseitig!

Es gibt für den Abend keine Regeln, nur ZWEI ABMACHUNGEN, die wir miteinander treffen:

1. Wir sind ehrlich zueinander, d.h. wir zeigen unsere Impulse und unsere Grenzen!
2. Nichts von dem, was wir an diesem Abend tun, hat Konsequenzen für die Zukunft, d.h. wenn wir miteinander tanzen, heißt das nicht, dass wir uns küssen und auch nicht, dass wir Telefonnummern tauschen oder miteinander nach hause gehen oder heiraten oder Kinder bekommen – es bedeutet nur, dass wir beide gerade miteinander tanzen wollen!

So können wir Gier und Angst loslassen und gemeinsam ins Hier und Jetzt eintauchen! Jeder Mensch in diesem Raum ist ein Geschenk für alle anderen – so wie sie oder er ist – in aller Verrücktheit, Verspieltheit und Einzigartigkeit! Wir feiern jede_n Einzelne_n, die Erde und die Verbundenheit unter uns allen!

MUSIK:

SILVANA tanzt für ihr Leben gerne und ist DJ bei den „Come together“ barfuß-Tanzpartys im Institut für Lebenskunst.
„Ich liebe es, den Kopf auszuschalten und der Musik die Führung meines Körpers zu überlassen. Das bringt mich an meine Quelle, in meine Kraft, und ich fühle pure Freude, Liebe und Verbundenheit.“

Um Dich auf diese Reise zu Dir selbst zu bringen, von wo aus die Verbindung zu Anderen natürlich entsteht, folgt Silvanas DJ-set meist einer Welle, führt Dich durch alle Arten von Musik, die Dein Herz berühren, die Energie durch Deinen Körper strömen und Dich vor Freude springen lassen.

MODERATION:
** Nur wenn ich ganz bei mir bin kann ich auch ganz bei dir sein! **

CHRISTOPHER beschäftigt sich seit über 25 Jahren mit Fragen nach Liebe, Sex und Beziehung. Nach vielen theoretischen Überlegungen und Gesprächen lebt er nun seit 15 Jahren polyamor, d.h. es gibt in seinem Leben mehrere Menschen, mit denen er sich liebevoll verbunden fühlt und die alle voneinander wissen. Genauso lange tanzt er Contact-Improvisation!

Bei beidem geht es für ihn um offene und ehrliche Begegnungen ohne Tabus und Schuldzuweisungen. „Wenn ich ganz bei mir bin und mich gleichzeitig ganz auf andere einlasse, ist das Leben so aufregend und spannend, dass Fernsehen & Co zur Zeitverschwendung werden.“ Verantwortung, Verlässlichkeit und Verbundenheit sind dabei keine Widersprüche zur Freiheit – sie können Teile einer neuen Art von Beziehung werden.

Seit über 5 Jahren hält Christopher Gesprächsrunden, Vorträge, Playshops, bei denen es darum geht, Bewusstheit, Offenheit und Ehrlichkeit zu entdecken und zu erlernen.

ABLAUF: 19 Uhr Einlass, Tee trinken, quatschen, warm tanzen…
19:30 Uhr: für alle, die noch nie da waren und die, die es immer wieder gerne spielen: das Ampelspiel
20:00 Uhr: Nun sollten alle da sein, damit wir beginnen mit einer gemeinsamen Runde, Wahrnehmungs- und Kontaktübungen und suchen einen spielerischen, ehrlichen und neugierigen Umgang miteinander. Dann tanzen wir zu Silvanas Musik. Vor dem Ende gibt es gegen 23:30 Uhr eine Sharingrunde!

DANCING LOVE
On the quest for freedom and connection –
with Silvana and Christopher

This event is a mix between a WORKSHOP and a DANCE RAVE, during which you are invited to just be – be just the way you are.
How would it feel if we got together, to look into each other’s eyes, to face and touch each other, without the fear off unwanted things happening to us?
We are present and invite every feeling that is within us to the occasion; whether you are feeling wild, gentle, rascally, curious, cautious or playful! With all of what is, we are showing ourselves to each other!

During the evening we follow no rules, but make TWO AGREEMENTS, which we shall all agree upon:

We are honest with each other; we show our impulses as well as we are setting our boundaries!
Nothing off what we do during this evening has any binding consequences for the future. That is to say, if we dance together it doesn’t mean that we are going to kiss each other or that we exchange phone numbers or that if we kissed we will go home together, get married or are going to have kids – it simply means, that in this moment we want to dance with each other – nothing else!

If we follow those two agreements, we can let go of greed and fear and can just dive into the experience of the now! Every human being in this room is a gift for all others – exactly the way he or she is – with all the craziness, playfulness and individuality! We are celebrating each and every one, the mother earth and the connection between all of us!

SILVANA is a passionate dancer and is the resident DJ at the “Come together” barefoot dance parties at the Institut für Lebenskust.
“I love it to get out of the head and to let music lead my body. It connects me to my source, to my personal power and I feel pure joy, love and connection.”
To guide this journey to yourself, which is the place from which a connection with others can unfold naturally, Silvana’s DJ-set usually flows like a wave through all sorts of music styles which will touch your heart, pump energy through your body and will make you jump up and down out of pure joy.

For about 25 years CHRISTOPHER has been exploring the areas of love, sex and relationships. After a lot of theoretical research and many conversations around those topics, he has started living polyamory about 15 years ago, which means that in his life there are several human beings that he is feeling a love-connection with and all of them know about each other. Just as long as living polyamory he is dancing Contact Improvisation!
For him, both of those areas are about open and honest encounters without taboos or assignments of guilt. “If I am fully connected to myself and at the same time fully engaged with others, life gets so exciting and fascinating that television and the like seem to be a waste of time.” Responsibility, reliability and communion are by no means contradictory to personal freedom – they can become parts of a new way of relating.
For over 5 years Christopher has been leading conversations, held lectures and playshops which all aim to create opportunities to discover and learn about consciousness, openness and honesty.

EVENING OUTLINE:
19:00 admission, have a cup of tea, warm-up…
19:30 for all newbies and those who just love to play it: the trafic-light-game!
20:00 opening circle with a few exercises to practice our perception and connection skills and to quest ways to a playful, honest and curious way to relate to each other.
From that point on we will get dancing and be guided by Silvana’s musical wave.
23.30 we will end the evening with a sharing circle
