Welcome to a special evening at U.H.U. Sauna — where we explore our bodies through sound, stillness, temperature, contact, vocalization, and the spaces in between.

The evening will include:
-Opening Ceremony
-Meditative Sauna
-Sound Journey
-Singing Circle
