15.00 –  Doors OPEN for arrival
15.30 – Opening, Communal Singing 
16.00 – Workshop
17.00 –  Potluck Dinner
** 18:00 – DOORS CLOSE ** 
18:30 – Dance Journey
21.00 – Closing and Clean-Up together

* The doors will close before the Dance Journey to maintain the integrity of the space — even if you come just for the dance : make sure you are inside by 18:00!
